Rtx 2070 super, i7 9700f 3.00ghz (4.7ghz turbo) 32gb ram @2666 and i cant get 30 fps in ramblers reach and maybe 25-45 running around koboh. Some areas i drop in the teens and have to leave. Boss fights can just be stutter 5 fps fests. I watch all these videos with my GPU and they get 60fps stable. What am i doing wrong?
