Don’t forget Ewok units can only be issued orders by other Ewok units. It’s real easy to forget

You are correct. When the teamwork card, beautiful friendship is played it says permanent teamwork and when a birght tree commander gives orders it can send an order to a rebel core. When a rebel commander gives an order you can order a bright tree core an order.
