Thank you, the water effects are two or three layers of tissue, applied to the base with watered down white glue. Then painted blue and I put three layers of glossy mod podge on them.

"What could possibly go wrong?" XD Solid episode, I appreciate you two are playing fast, but also explaining what you are doing, what actions/rules, and why meaningfully. And the good game shake at the end tops it off nicely.
