They would have to be a professional outfit to do it that way. They would have to playtest, and revise, and listen to their playerbase (not just the nerds who sweat at the conventions). Will Schick can't handle that kind of work ethic. Nope! Print and play is the way!

I think legion should get an App like Infinity, an app where you have all your unit card, easy to update, even a way to use your activation token with the app would be easy.

The FX-9 Medical Droid is already Imperial Corp Trooper only. It's there on the same page and was changed previously, they missed the Rebels.

Hilarious... AMG would send out a misprint, make you pay for it, and then release the print and play files. Remember Shatterpoint's release? I do... misprinted rules right out of the gate. They had to recreate their rules for cover before the game arrived at retailers.

The Overrun thing was always weird, AFAIK, everyone played 1 attack per mini, which is kind of exactly how it was written. It's a neat mechanic, but it's basically its own thing so it's always going to be slightly confusing. Taking the comms tech from sleepers made the marksman slightly less useless, but I don't know if anyone was actually exploiting that particular loophole to get 2 extra dice cheap.

The overrun ruling does make sense, but somehow I doubt they are future proofing. I guess more along the line of "oops, we didn't intend it like that'

I've been a casual player of Legion for about a year now; the only two people I play with (on rare occasions) are my brother and my wife. The set we got was a 1st edition Vader/Luke Core Set (this version had units with too many supression tokens run off the map, when possible). There's been so many rule changes since I got into the game; I probably won't use a lot of them until they're all compiled into one rulebook (unless they already are compiled, in which case where can I get said rulebook?)

In legion if cad bane has a bounty set does he have to kill it to get the bounty bonus or can any unit in the army kill it and hed still get the bonus?? Just wondering

You know what would be helpful, is if you explained the keywords when you encounter them. I have no idea about overrun is. I play very infrequently and casually. I haven't played or bought new units because I'm tired of all these changes and I want to just learn one game and play it when I have time instead of having to study the rules again.

I could have sworn Overrun on swoops were explained BY AMG to stack already.. I guess by literal RAW it didn't work that way, go figure.. I guess it's a buff, since one swoop bike can now overrun twice, so yay?

This is a year long open beta and they should have just said so to begin with. Do the community-based open beta playtest for a year, then lock it down. Print a book and do not change it for 2 years. Periodic updates constantly just doesn’t work. It’s shit in 40k and shit for Legion. No more video game style crap like having to download the latest patch every time you log into an mmo.

AMG is the worst game "developer" currently operating... They need to go under. Will Schick needs to be drummed out of the entire industry. Anyone could make MCP a success, that IP sells itself. @@the5arge438 I just play other games, you're acting like you've never played any other wargame ever. I have Warhammer fantasy armies, killteams, combat patrols, game of thrones armies, Saga armies and forces for a dozen other games. Do you know what all those games have in common? Changes, they all get changed all the time, they all get new editions, and they get a million erratas within each edition. If you never want the rules of your units to change then play a card game. This is what legion is, this is what tabletop wargaming is.

@the5arge438 I wouldn't go that far. The new edition isn't THAT bad, but I don't think it's better than what we had by a long shot. Supporting the game as is isn't shilling if you genuinely like it, which some people really do. I'm just not a fan, and I would be all about some "Legacy Legion" as it were if Crabbok decided to do that.
