Luke actually lived. If you use a dodge token while defending, Luke then gains the ability to transfer surges into defense.

i love star wars: legion. i have now played 12 full games (and still do demos) at my work ( a local game store) and its one of my favourite SW games so far. please do more of these with more different units as some of them are really fun

This was really good, they just need some more models and dice. Also really think that Ben made a bit of a mistake running his walker near the rocket bois, it could have easily decimated the other side of the board.

I hope that one of these days they will get into Bolt Action. It's a 28mm table top wargame based around ww2. The rules are really simple, the hardest part in my opinion is remembering all the modifiers. But that's why they have guides😁. There's so many factions. And the best part is it loads cheaper than Warhammer 40k. Allies The U.K. The US The Soviet Union Axis Germany Italy Finland Japan Hungary Romania

Sam Bontempo deflect only works against ranged attacks.

The only thing I noticed on little rules was the Deflect on Luke which woulda saved him, and the Suppression tokens that Darth should have placed on his activation this turn. But then I don't know the game and I wasn't paying attention. Also the speeder bikes ignore height 1 terrain, no idea what that means but I assume the boxes are height 1.

If we are talking about something i would like to see, it would be something ultra massive. Like, the whole room fight with hundreds of units! Or thousands even! Mount some celling cams, give others to players, set up some strategic operator spots (maybe even get that cranehand operator seat), make a giant mess with mountains, houses, rivers and lake(s) and have a big war! You can spread out people into teams, to make commanding the armies easier, and i think it will be quite something to see.

I don't think that force choke would've worked since the card says it can't be a commander and since he was the last one, that rebel trooper was commander. Granted, it *is* the yogscast, and I suggest no less. I do love seeing this and the new filming method for battleboys (so long as you keep doing the song).

In Legion, "Commander" refers to a specific kind of unit (like "Corps" or "Support" or "Heavy"). In this battle, the Commanders were Luke for the Rebels and Vader for the Empire (though you can have either 1 or 2 Commanders in an army). The last rebel was the unit leader, not a Commander, so the choke was perfectly fine. Don't you just love board game semantics :)

Ben! Noooo... If a unit had any number of suppression tokens, it can only do one action that turn. If it reaches twice the courage value then they start flying to the closest board edge

I just checked the rules reference and Ben had it right. Units become limited to one action only if they have as many tokens as their courage. You're probably thinking of the cover bonus against ranged attacks, which you get with any amount of suppression.
