Errata the "within" in the lead from the front, and the bf improves, compared to the experimental droid, that gains action aims or dodges or dice just for spent a surge at r3 from the commander. _.

@@kiryucpr4054 yea, exd is super strong and offers droids so much for a surge token. Hopefully we'll get some info next week

Slowly getting into Legion with GAR/501st. Is there any list that you'd run both Anakin and Rex, or is the Commander just too good to not take?

I don't feel rex does enough. He can help get the board set, but I don't think he's much help after that. I think you'd be able to fit more with Anakin and a generic commander than Anakin and rex. You could play some fun games with Anakin and rex, but not a tournament. The cc is just too good with the direct and being able to set up that fire support. And good choice getting into the 501st. I've really enjoyed playing anakin with a cc and arcs. Such a good starting set

@@shadowscout0013 speaking of which my friend did 2-1 on a tournament with anakin rex single at rt, single p2 clones and spammed arc troopers. He was 4th at worlds tho so it might be that good players pilot sub optimal lists very well

I just got the 501st box and am learning the game. Are the jet packs not good on the arc troopers?

What a great box to start with! The only problem with the jetpacks are they're too expensive. Other than being expensive, they're amazing on them. It's just hard to get a good list when you've spent 30pts on 3 upgrades that don let do much. You'd be able to almost get 2 mortars on 2 p2s for that price. So they're good, but not worth the points

@@shadowscout0013 and it looks like you almost always take the mortar and almost never the z6, is it the same case were it’s just not worth the points?

@@dakotahsnyder5125 not always. The z6 is great when you put saber throw on Anakin bc they you can throw the saber (when Anakin has surge to crit) and then fire support with the z6 squad so the entire dice pool is surge to crit, pierce 3. But it depends on what you're trying to set up
