FUN FACT: when jedi and mandalorians weren’t at peace, the mandalorians quickly realized that jedi can deflect lasers. So the mandalorians invented a blaster that used bullets. Even if the jedi blocked the bullet, it would split into two and still hit the jedi. so glock 16’s and ak47’s probably did exist in starwars

Fun Fact; A light saber TECHNICALLY can block a bullet, but there is a good chance that it'll pass through as molten slag and could cause mild to severe burns depending on the armor the wielder is wearing (if it's just cloth, it'll just result in severe burns and set the cloth around the impact ablaze). Bullets are also hard to block because they're just too small and fast.

He hadn't been taught the technique, as a matter of fact I don't know of ANY jedi using it in his era, save for the most common use of it which is the jedi healing trance that only affects oneself and is far less effective. It was a lost technique. 2. Healing others is a LIGHT side power, and while he hadn't fallen to the dark side totally anakin struggled with his emotions. 3. Even if a jedi in that age DID know the technique, they wouldn't have taught it to anakin, they wanted him to learn acceptance and their nihilistic philisophical bullcrap. 4. There was nothing wrong with her physically, though he didn't know that, and if the problem HAD been physical, force heal has limits, it's good at healing physical injury but it doesn't revitilize you, it actually draws on the strength of the person healing and the user if that's someone else to heal the wound. it's not magic. a woman who had just gone through labor and is physically exhausted? the technique would likely kill them anyway.
