I have an interesting theory Obi-Wan is actually the master of the low ground and here is why.... He defeated Darth maul from the low ground He gave up the high ground to fight grievous because he’s the master of the low ground he also defeated him when grievous had the high ground While battling Anakin he jumped up to the high ground and taunted Anakin by the famous quote “ It’s over Anakin I have the high ground” Anakin knew that he wasn’t the master of the high ground so in his blind sith rage he leaped over him without realising that He is now above him therefore giving Kenobi the low ground to defeat him
