Star Wars Outlaws Story Trailer COMPLETE Breakdown! | 100+ NEW Gameplay & Story Details!

In this Star Wars Outlaws Official Story Trailer breakdown news update video we do a frame by frame breakdown of the brand new story trailer! This Star Wars Outlaws trailer confirmed that Crimson Dawn and Zerek Besh will be in the game! We also learned a ton of new Star Wars Outlaws story, gameplay, and open world details. We learn that Lady Qi’ra from Crimson Dawn will be featured in this game!
Recently, we broke down the announcement of a brand new Ubisoft Forward in June that should give us a great look at new Star Wars Outlaws gameplay details! We also learn that the Star Wars Outlaws release date is August 30th and will feature a standard edition, gold edition, and ultimate edition. There will be a Star Wars Outlaws season pass that will feature story DLC and cosmetic DLC! We have broke down all of the space gameplay as well as the combat and customization details that we know about space for Star Wars Outlaws. We have discussed an interview with Julian Gerighty where he discusses new planet details and new details about the reputation system in Star Wars Outlaws. We also discussed what Outlaws needs to get right when it comes to the open world gameplay and the challenges Star Wars Outlaws faces to become one of the best Star Wars games.
Star Wars Outlaws is the upcoming Ubisoft Star Wars Open World game made by Massive Entertainment. The Star Wars Outlaws release date is currently set for 2024 on PlayStation 5 (PS5), Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC. The game is set between the events of The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi where players will become Kay Vess, a clever scoundrel in the galactic underworld. The article from Star Wars states that the Star Wars Outlaws story will feature Kay “looking to attempt one of the biggest heists the Outer Rim has ever seen, all in an effort to start an new life”. Although Star Wars Outlaws is a new & original single player story with exciting new characters, we still got some familiar Star Wars planets & characters in the new trailer. This includes: Han Solo frozen in carbonite, Jabba the Hutt, Crimson Dawn, Pyke Syndicate, Canto Bight, Cantonica (The Last Jedi), Tatooine, & Kijimi (The Rise of Skywalker).
Needless to say we are INCREDIBLY excited for this game and can’t wait for more Star Wars Outlaws gameplay, trailers, story details, and news updates to breakdown and analyze on the channel!

The reason I appreciate a channel like yours is because you guys actually enjoy and love talking about the things you cover. You don’t make videos out of a want to do it for the money or anything like that. I noticed that Sarlacc Pit has that Kay is about to fall into has some kind of tubes that are coming out of it that looks more mechanical then organic. I heard some speculation that it could possibly be dead which makes me believe maybe we can go inside of it without dieing and maybe get to explore the inside of one, especially if it's being used as a hide away by some clan or pirates or something. We shall find out later this year though. I wonder if we could get eaten by the Great Pit of Carkoon though? 🤔

I think a cool video after maybe the next trailer comes out would be to put together all the clips and pictures of the different planets and then you guys can break down the planets individually and talk about what the ecosystems and wildlife may look like on each planet etc! I think the bounty hunter war happens during the game and Kay’s story follows the timeline from Han Solo’s capture all the way to return of the Jedi. Then maybe she will end her story by either joining the rebellion or leaving after the Death Star blows up and does her own thing

I am excited for this game, and although I love a new star wars original character like this, I hope it is not a Rey situation where she can take down those death troopers we see and the AT-ST and becomes insanely powerful. I hope they are meant to be feared and kind of force you to escape instead of just being normal enemies, and although I would like the stormtroopers to pose a threat too that is probably not happening.

game actually looks interesting, I always loved the non jedi stuff in SW since I played shadows of the empire as a kid. But the way Ubisoft is handling pricing, cutting content to sell as DLC and having a season pass in a singleplayer game I refuse to give them any money at all. If ubisoft wants us to get comfortable not owning games, Ubi has to get comfortable with people getting their games for free which is easy... They did this to themselves. Still looking forward to play the game though, and I'll even save the 100+ lol

Darth Maul unfortunately cannot show up unless it's in a hologram recorded prior to his death, or a flashback. He died in an episode of Star Wars Rebels, which is set before A New Hope!

Todays trailer was decent, imo not as good as the first two but we got to see a bit more so I'm happy with it. Grafix and voice acting in this trailer seem a bit generic or lower quality than what I was expecting, more like an Assassins Creed game and definitly not up to Jedi: Survivor's level. This being said, I think it looks really good in other ways such as world designe and depth, overall size and scope, gameplay and the story is intriguing. I'm psyched for Sabacc! I love that it's set between Empire and Jedi. I'm still super excited to see it released, the gameplay would have to be terrible to stop me from buying it at this point.
