After playing, it seems like it's WAY harder now. :-( I'm not very good, so it was really hard to begin with. Now I can't get past any of the 3 missions I just tried. It should be hard for big gamers, but easier for the casual player who JUST wants to enjoy the game, and not make it impossible now.

I'm trying to get the NL-02 Charge Emitter, and they are detecting me from all the way across the yard and all the way from the platform, and pulling the alarm, and finding me on the cliff and throwing granades at me. I can't even make it down off the cliff to even try and attack anyone. Now I wish there was no update. I'd rather deal with the crashes and bugs. At least it was playable. They're sending Death Troopers, who I haven't seen yet... I relooked at the settings and they're all on as easy as I can put everything. Can you please relay that if you know the developers? People who are terrible at gaming but just want to chill, can't even play now. I'll try other missions and see if everything is harder across the board. The other things I did were just looting, but they seemed harder too. I was "Wanted" on the NL02 mission, so I left while everything cooled down. Thanks ! :-( Ps. I'm sure the update is for the big time gamers who were slamming this game, and I totally get that, but I hope they can keep an ear open for the people who stink too....lol Have a great day !

I'm sorry to talk your ear off, but I'm still on the NL02 mission, and I can't even move off that first rock to the broken wall up on top of the cliff. I've been waiting here for well over 20 minutes hoping they'd leave, but no such luck. There's not 2 storm Troopers looking away on the landing platform, now theres one storm trooper in the corner facing the cliff I'm on, 2 storm Troopers running back and forth quickly on the landing pad, as a death trooper is walking around underneath me. I can't even make it to the wall without raising suspicion and getting the yellow question mark to come up. They're adding guys now instead of when you kill one, that spot is clear the next time you come back, and they double how hard it is ? I was so excited to play tonight and get this weapon treasure to melee down driods. There's no way I can even conceive of doing it now.

I actually really enjoy this game and the fact it has on going support is another plus. Couple things i would like them to address tho:- 1. When you have looted a place then receive intel for that spot you cannot finish it and it’s stuck in intel tab. 2. Better spawn rates for speeder races.(only thing i need to do for my last skill is 3 races. Can’t find any) 3.not really a problem as such but i would love to see a new game+

I love this game. It really feels like it's from the early 2000's with it's faction system. I don't know why every open world action game doesn't have a faction system. This is my GOTY so far. It's just got so much happening in addition to being Star Wars. Kinda feels like a Metal Gear light? Trying think of a better example.

I'm I guess around 2/3 through the game, 50 hours, and I am enjoying it a whole lot. Speeder camera movement threw me for a loop today after the update. It used to be that I had to take my hand off the mouse and just control left/right/forward with the keyboard but now I can use the mouse to look in one direction while the speeder continues in a different direction. I like this change.

Azzatru I have really injoyed Star Wars Outlaws and put in 229 hours worth now I. Just waiting on new next update and hope they will add new game plus as I'm on my 2nd playthrough and I hope the will be and getting better and will lead being buy in long run great video thanks again for the update

Haven’t bought it yet because I haven’t had much time, but I was always hotly anticipating it. If anything I am glad I’m waiting because this is a certified Ubisoft moment, but by the time their games are fully updated and patched up they’re very good. Seems to be the case with this one too

Does anyone else have an issue with the Nix treasure trader on Mirogana? After the update, my game soft crashes when interacting with the “purchase” tab at that trader. His inventory screen is blank and none of my controller inputs work (PS5). I have to close the game via the PS dashboard and restart.

Still can't turn off those obnoxiously huge hitmarkers. Such an ugly thing that obscures the cool enemy hit reactions and death animations. What a shame. It's a bizarre omission because most Ubi singleplayer games have such extensive hud customization whereas this game has very little of that.

If your totally desperate for something Star Wars maybe you'll get something out of it, but IMO you'd be wasting your money on an overpriced, watered down, bug riddled disappointment, so many better games to spend your money on, Don't give those A**holes your cash, just replay Jedi Fallen Order, that is a truly great Star Wars game and even a second or third replay of it will leave you more satisfied than this pile of crap ever would.

The version number Id go off is the one in the pause menu. It should say TU2 followed by a lot of numbers. Thr update has been out on PS5 for over a week and agree, more updates to come

I'm only playing the game as it was free with my new processor. Yes, it OK, but it lacks in many things for my liking. After 60 + hours of running around doing quest and many side quests, my game got stuck at the end of the viper mission. I'm stuck in the hanger with no way out, replaying the last check point many times with the same results, i get the end dialogue and then nd5 vanishes and no way to fly the ship. Is this common on the pc and is there a fix.

I think Ubisoft really had some missteps in their marketing that hurt their sales. It’s annoying that there’s a bit of a hive mind of negativity probably preventing some folks who might have otherwise enjoyed this from giving it a go. At the same time, I’m also hard pressed to blame folks who’d like to wait for an inevitable discount to play a single player game when it’s clearly receiving further polish and tweaks. If I hadn’t gotten a good deal from a 3rd party key seller, I’d have probably held out too, even though I’ve purchased most Star Wars games at launch.

@@nosouponhead Definitely wouldn’t disagree with you in general! I will say however having followed outlaws closely, I think they generally were pretty transparent about what the game was and what it wasn’t. I think the main missteps were showing buggy and otherwise rough looking footage that seems to have genuinely soured the sentiment towards the game. The other poor choice that comes to mind was the DLC pricing / general practice of selling DLC before release. There were seemingly more hands on opportunities for content creators to play before release than any game I can recall in recent memory, and plenty of those folks were critical. I do think it’s evident they could have benefited from additional time for bug fixing / polishing as well, but at the least, am glad they seem pretty committed to making improvements.

Patch broke v sync for me when using DLSS. It works with FSR, though, but who would want to use that. Full screen does weird things withnthe resolution and artifacts appear. Lip sync still broken. Fun game though.

I was excited when I just went to play and there was an update, so I came here while it was updating...lol I really love this game and a bunch of these updates fix a bunch of things that I experienced. I hope they keep up on this. And I hope more people play the game and drop all the woke crap and just enjoy a well constructed video game that's really beautiful in many respects. It's been a relief for me to forget about real life and just indulge in checking out the cool planets and stuff. I'm not a huge gamer, and I totally suck at shooting, so I run at enemies and smash them instead of shooting all over the place....lol Probably because I'm used to Fallen Order and Survivor, but this game has really been fun and more fun if it doesn't crash because of the updates. That's just goes to show how much faster and diligently ubisoft works on these things when compared to other AAA Devs. Jedi survivor for the longest period of time almost a year wasn't even playable on pc and had tons of bugs on consoles unfixed. Same goes to Nintendo. For example Pokémon games literally releases broken. So atleast ubisoft is better than most AAA companies.

I checked and I can finally acquire the HD05-G circuit. My issue was the fan was glitched at the location. No rock to blast so the fan can spin. Took a look this morning at the location. The was already spinning so can finish the puzzle to open the door to the Hd05-G circuit. I am streaming the game and will show it in my stream

I loved the game but could see problems. For me it kept crashing and Kijimi hyperspace froze. I contacted Ubisoft. I hope they keep working to improve the game. I hope they learn lessons and don't release ganes in this state again. They need to improve their rep and the way to do it is by doing what CDPR and hello games did. Earn it. I had to shelf it whilst I was waiting on this. I am going to reinstall it and start fresh and hope it is better now.

No mention of them fixing the weird ripples when she runs through water where they update at at least twice the frame-rate they should. This was even in the official trailer and preview plays. I haven’t seen an apology from Ubisoft or them offering a discount to the beta testers that bought this at launch or preordered it either. Hopefully once Ubisoft is no more which is now highly likely soon,t he laws will change to ban games from being released broken and fines issued to companies who do so deliberately.

So they nerfed the stun gun that sucks. That was a bug that benefitted us because the devil didn't have the foresight to have the stun mode upgradable. And why no character models with capes Lando has a cape. But all in all glad the devs are keeping up with the game especially with that huge pricetag.

Well, I re-wiped my saves so I’ll actually give this game another try and see if it’s actually worth it and finish up developing the review maybe. These guy will get shouted in, but hopefully becomes a much better game, 35 hour reworked story and 150-200 hour are extra shit. Been watching for some time my day job is stoping me of being a content creator, I wanna get a job in it, wanna be an actor/playwright, going to school for it.
