In most situations even a zombie will die without a head or brain, if it tore off its own head logically the body would just drop and the head could never be reattached. I believe there was a part in the WWZ book where they mentioned a group of soldiers had to watch they’re step because the heads of the zombies were still bitting anything near, the rest of the body however couldn’t move.

Sith versus zombies, it doesn't get much hardcore than that. It makes sense that the Sith would be interested in something that makes you invulnerable. They're always going after immortality and power. For some reason I never pictured you as the heavy metal goth type. Maybe because of your accent. I tend to think of those things as being reserved for americans, the norse, and germans. Lol

I know I’m super late but I just wanted to put my theory in words before I finish the series. I feel like the Sith are trying to cheat death here and the Jedi will eventually stop it in this book and it’s later on during the time of the empire when vader is trying to find the ways of cheating death and the virus is brought back making a full circle.
