This is a Co-op Speedrun of Star Wars: Rogue Squadron III: Rebel Strike. The Co-op mode is the entire game of Rogue Squadron II: Rogue Leader built from the ground up in Rogue Squadron III's engine.
This is played by Nairb in first player (top screen) and BMac_Attack_64 in second player (bottom screen).

Was just chatting with an old buddy about how much fun we had with this whole series, but then I had to see if anyone else had done speedruns of the co-op on Rebel Strike. We couldn’t ever do the whole run like you guys did here, but we do still love firing up Razor Rendezvous every now and then and going for the Star Destroyer quick kill. Our record is 16 secs with 48 kills and 100% accuracy, same basic strats you guys used. Great run, guys, and happy to see other fans of the co-op out there!

Not that I know of? I'm not sure what emulators are capable of these days though.
