Vader didn’t seem to be using riposte after meelee attacks from Han and Chewie early game

25:08 AMG did errata Mind Trick so it’s not as brutal as before. The original attack is cancelled, so Crosshair would have had his focus and sharpshooter for the attack into Obi2

Nothing changed on what mind trick effectively does. You lose your focus. The forums will help alleviate any and all questions. Just search mind trick tag

If only. Mind trick is something that needs to be addressed, cause damn it has some feels bad.moments attached to it. If you have a link to support this, that would be awesome, but based on what is said in the forums, because the attack ends, and a new attack is granted, any bonuses that apply to the next attack are lost

@@AegisbrandStudios Also important to note (in this specific instance of Crosshair firing) that while the new attack is still during the combat action, it itself is not PART of a combat action, so Crosshair wouldn't have benefit from Leader of the Batch either

Good call out. This was still a very early use of Han, so makes sense we missed a couple things

@@AegisbrandStudios no shade man, I’m ALWAYS missing triggers or getting things wrong. Especially at the moment as I’ve got heavily invested and just doubled the number of units I own ha ha! Gonna take a while for all those rules to sink in ha ha! Love your stuff guys, keep it up! (P.S I usually don’t call out errors but, as you guys said you’re looking at a competitive event, I felt it would be helpful)

We are not always interested in what is the 'best' options, as that would get dull week to week. Instead, we like to grab stuff we enjoy using, or want to experiment around with. Keeps a bit more interesting for us, and likely for a lot of repeat viewers as well. You will see us attempt some more competitive stuff on the channel, but we like to also shake it up

Yeah, any game with a strong competitive component will always dominate meta discussions, sadly. I do find Shatterpoint and MCP both kind of suffer that problem, with having something that is 'best' and drowning out the rest. Means it can take a bit for things to shift
