I think it’s safe to say that a majority of Star Wars fans were introduced to the franchise as children. So it’s nice for a change to hear about the franchise coming from children. Really looking forward to this show.

These kids are adorable. The chemistry is already there. If it translates the same in the series, this is going to be A LOT OF FUN. And, yes...I already love Neel, too. I'm already anticipating how these 4 SW kids will play a role in the rest of The SWU, esp. The Mandoverse (Jon Favreau wrote these 4 new characters in to Season 4 of The Mandalorian...hope they manage to show up in, The Mandalorian & Grogu movie, in 2026).

The show was a breathe of fresh air. I remember going to see Attack of the Clones and from that moment on I loved the series I was 6 and I loved the franchise ever since the sequel trilogy. This and the Mandolorian brought me back.

All four kids are quite interesting to watch, each of them delivers a fantastic level of professionalism, be it Fern, which takes on the role of a captain, or Neel, a thoughtful blu-skinned alien, or Wim with his adventurous attitude, or KB with her insights and logical approach.

Ryan Kiera-Armstrong intrigues me because I get a lot of swashbuckling Indiana Jones, Han Solo, and Capt. Jack Sparrow vibes as characters she could play in the future. She already said that Han Solo is her favorite Star Wars character, and that rings true for me.

There'll always be some randos harassing online, but thankfully, the series is too good/liked by their audience for most outrage grifters to keep hating on it. Just like they stopped calling Rogue One, Andor, Spider-Verse, or Super Mario Bros. "woke".

@@SpiderWireless Yeah, I also think it is the makeup, and also, I guess she has a lot of acting experience behind her. I guess thanks to that, she's more mature mentally than one would expect from a 14 year old. Ravi also feels more mature for the same reason I would say.
