Awesome haul Mike, I'm is So Cal too. I dont hunt much in the wild anymore. It's a killer on gas. But every once in a while hunting in the wild pays off like it did with that Lando you found. I ordered the 40th wave 2 as well as BS wave 11 online. Great Vid guys.

I'm really hoping to find a Royal Gaurd at some point cause I know he's gonna be hard as hell to find just like the black series Darth Revan. Keep you toy hunt videos going, I do enjoy them.

Black Series is super hard to find in my area. Leia is becoming the new peg warmer here, as well. I miss the days in the 80s when you could find any toy you wanted on the shelf. Happy hunting.

Holy Lando ....they do exist!! feels like i haven't seen a new black series fig on the pegs since 2016 (excluding 40th series). Nice haul man. that damn 12 " series always temps me to, got to much vader in me not enough optimus!

I was just as surprised to see Lando as you were! I feel the same way. I got the Revan wave in a box online, and i never saw it in stores anyways, so it's definitely been since 2016 since i've seen new figures in stores. Its refreshing!

You pushed me into the direction of looking for the 12 inch Marvel Legends figures for cheap, however I have been wanting the Deadpool figure anyways. They'll display nicely if I can get all of them. The Captain America figure is really nice if you haven't see that one yet.

+Kevin I bought k2so when the rogue one figures came out and I was thoroughly unimpressed by it. I think the problem with the elite series figures is that die cast just doesn't translate to action figures well. The joints get lose, they're heavy, paint chips. And they lack ankle pivots. They just didn't do it for me.

Went to two diff. Walmarts. Found two unopened wave 2 40ths on the pallets. Best time to go is at night or early morning, after checking Brickseek. Scored 2 Tuskens and 2 Stormtroopers!

Mike Kass to elaborate a bit, use Brickseek inventory checker on Brickseek.com. Put in your zip and UPC #. When it goes from 0 to 8 (40th wave 2 has 8 per case), it means they scanned in a case. At night, when they bring the pallet out to the toy section, just look for the box labeled SW 40TH W2, with the Hasbro logo. 3/3 this past weekend, armed up my tusken and trooper army! :)

the problem with Brickseek and walmart is that all the individual UPCs for the 40th Anniversary figures funnel to one sku. I used it and it said they had 6 Tusken Raiders, but when I got there they had a few different wave 1 figures. When I gave him the UPC i used to check stock on Brickseek, it rang up the same as when he scanned the Obi-Wans. So it's not super accurate.

Mike Kaess yeah, very true. To me, at least, it's better than going in blind to 7 diff. Walmarts hoping for the best. Guess I'd rather have some accuracy than blind accuracy. Hunt is just not the same as when I was younger and product was actually at the store. Plus I know that there won't be 8 Tuskens, but a fresh case assortment to choose from. I found a 40th Anniversary of Chewbacca @ Toys R US the other day. I managed to get him for cheap, since the card and bubble was a bit beat up. I ended up getting Chewie and Obi Wan for about $33 for both.

Yeah it's really weird. They way over produced Jyn and Cassian and released them in 2 separate waves even though they werent all that popular from the first. It's a really weird choice on their part. I wish they would hire someone who knew what they were doing. Like me.

Believe me you are lucky, I live in France and its so hard to find black series here, plus it cost 25 to 30 euros in stores so basically with the conversion we pay sometimes twice the price for one figure. There's a few shops in Paris with a large choices but the prices are insane, when the force awakens was released one of these shops had old han solo for 90 euros. And he is not rare at all !! Even one year ago it was impossible to find this lando or any figure other than force awakens/rogue one (and by rogue one i mean only jyn and cassian of course). Thats why I only have 4 figures, soon 6.

Since this is a hunt, has the prey ever attacked the hunter ? Has there ever been an incident where a 6" hunted boxed figure attacked the actual hunter in an isle? A nasty paper cut from a sharp Star Wars black box corner to the right artery can be deadly you know. I once had a boxed Han Solo figure fall from a shelf on my nose. Wasn't pretty.

I buy jakks big figs if they are on sale but only Star Wars. I did purchase the battle buddy darth Vader that was on clearance a score at $20 he stands at the door to my bedroom. I totally got some dc collectibles bombshells 1-4 but originally went to the comic book store for a thanos and then got a essentials 52 Wonder Woman. I already know if I see a neca predator I will buy it and if it's marvel asgardians or x men. I hate multiverse but the Aries is tempting to build.
