Whatever this games flalts it nails the imagery. The image at 3:36 speaks volumes about how far he's come as a character; I also admit its quite nice to see him rocking a blue lightsaber and Jedi atire

One of my faveorite parts of this game is when Leia uncovers the Marek Crest and the book does a really good job of describing the signifiance of that moment. right then, Galen was immortalized. Not only by becomming one with the Force but also in name.

This is an awesome addition to the saga. I wanted the full experience (I had seen everything but not in order), so I watched ep 1, ep2, than I watched The Clone Wars (the series's and the movie) followed by episode 3. Than I went out, got this game and beat it before watching episode 4 and episode 5. Than I read shadows of the empire, watched the Ewok movies and finally watched The Return of The Jedi... what a fucking awesome Star Wars experience. Now I feel enlightened.

In addition, Leia didn't put up a pretense of being a senator. She was about 20 years old at the time of A New Hope, and she was a member of the senate with her father. And the Death Star plans weren't to find out where it was located; rather, the plans were to look for a weakness, which is what they found.

This is why in every Star Wars game I play as Sith. Jedi are always too weak to finish the kill. But Starkiller's scream at the end was just epic.

While Vader and the Emperor knew the Organnas were rebels, Bail Organna was one of the Emperors highest supporters in the senate, while at the same time he fed information to rebels in the 20 years between episode 3 and 4. Since Bail was such a high profile supporter, the Emperor didn't dare kill him, as it would cause more damage than good. To try and keep Bail quiet, the Emperor had Leia captured, as shown in the game.

Vader is still adjusting to the lack of power he now has from being half machine. Gallen TOOK the energy the emperor flung at him, absorbed it until his body couldn't contain it anymore, and it exploded out of him - killing him and nearly everyone else. The emperor was also testing him - to see if he could replace Vader - however, Starkiller had already been 'polluted' by his friends. Meaning the emperor had no use for him

luke from the start was raised in the light side, and he kept saying "i wont fight you". he only attacked vader when vader threatened to take leia, he did not do it out of hatred towards his father or anything like that. galen is more used to the dark side than anything else, and was only thinking about getting vengeance for the wrong that had been done. plus, killing and hand cutting or very very different.

When I first played this game and saw this scene, I took notice at Darth Vader's behavior. He really didn't seem happy when he noticed that Starkiller was dead. By the look on his face and the tone of his voice, he seemed a little remorseful. At least thats the way I saw it.

He survived because as Galen said, he was FAKING! Just like he did with Windu. The only way Marek could handle his full force lightning was to dive in front of it and suffer it's wrath, which is what he did and what the books say.

Oh, and Kota probably gets killed off early on in the Rebellion. He seems like the type who would throw himself into the most dangerous missions. Maybe that's why Bail sent Princess Leia to find Obi-Wan Kenobi in Episode 4 - because they needed a Jedi to help lead them.

The apprentice Already had unbelievable force abilities from an early age. vader took him in when he was just a little boy. He was locked away deeply and hidden from the emperor Where he was brutally trained constantly by vader in complete isolation often putting the kid on the brink of death. He had a natural ability to use the force so vader was always trying to bring more out of him telling him that he would one day help vader destroy the emperor.

That symbol is the symbol of Galen Mareks (The character you play as) family in the Force Unleashed. They use his family insignia for the Rebel alliance in his name after he dies.

Obi-wan was very calm and careful when he killed maul, and dispelled all darkness from his mind, hence avoiding the dark side. anakin killed dooku in anger, and hence he slowly joined the dark side, becoming one of the most fearful sith lords ever known. The same would have happened to galen as he would have killed the emperor in anger. if kota had not intervened, we would have one extremely powerful sith lord to deal with

Lightsaber skills aside, Starkiller was a Force prodigy, and one of the most powerful users of the Force ever. Enough to beat the Emperor. But then again, he was young and fairly inexperienced, and Sidious had decades of knowledge of the force he relied upon, the only reason he survived the explosion while Starkiller died.

Luke wasn't the chosen one because he didn't destroy the Sith. He was able to turn his father back to the path of the Jedi and Anakin killed emperor, but in Expanded Universe, which is Star Wars Canon, it's revealed that Vader had trained a Sith apprentice named Lumiya and she continued the Sith order. When Luke killed her Jacen Solo, her apprentice, took up the title of Sith Lord. Anakin and Luke were not the chosen ones because they did not destroy the Sith.

@TonPappa I think the symbolism must be deliberate. Star Wars was "symbolic" of contemporary politics even in the beginning. George Lucas stated that he originally based the idea of the Rebel Alliance on Vietnam and the Vietcong in the 60s and 70s ("the Empire" representing America, of course). And there were several obvious references to the ongoing "War on Terror" in the prequels (most obviously Ep III.) So I wouldn't be surprised that this allusion was deliberate too.

Starkiller was lightside and didn't use lightning he just was absorbing it and the emperor is like 1-3 steps higher than Galen, even so Galen is one of the strongest Jedi ever, and one of the only few to do something like pull down a star destroyer.

@Darktro0per Actually, the Special Sith edition is the sequel to the Dark Side ending. There, StarKiller replaces Vader, kills Obi-Wan Kenobi when the Falcon escapes Mos Eisley and then enthralls Luke on Hoth. The StarKiller in F.U II is suppossedly a clone but seems to have the original's memories. I'm kinda puzzled about that, I didn't think memories could be cloned. Still, we'll know soon enough I suppose. Does that clear things up?

for 4 leia found the symbol in his old house and kota maybe had said that he jedi abducted by the sith at a young age then became a jedi again(due to his vision;vader thinks he turned you but i can sense your future and vader wont be always be your ally. was his prediction) for 5 they probaly were unlucky cause they may have went to an secured by clone trooper and thought it was safe, but the big-foots there saved them but thier ship was broken.

@Sn1p3TilluDr0p It is canon, yes, but neither Galen nor Bane could've outdueled Sidious. It is said that Galen could only equal Sidious had he reached his full potential. Also, in the bonus documentary coming with the prequel trilogy, Lucas himself said that the saber skill of both Jedi and Sith was at its peak during the prequel trilogy. Thus, the best swordsmen in galactic history existed during this period, implying that Sidious had surpassed all the Sith before him in terms of saber skills.

But he could have had he not swapped sides so easily. The reason the apprentice is so powerful is that he is the one thing totally forbidden by the jedi order - the child of a jedi. The medichlorians build up so high that a powerful jedi is almost guaranteed.

@Kingneo0053 ,,,and having absolutely nothing to gain personally in standing against the dark forces that enslaved the galaxy, he choose to the Light and became a Jedi on his own even after having an opportunity to kill Vader and the Emperor, the two people that caused him so much pain and torment. Revan did a lot of things, and was a tactical/strategic genius, but even he/she never made the choice Galen did, not without help, and not without having Jedi erase his/her memories previously.

Clone Galen seems to have the original Galen's memories, I didn't think you could clone memories. I do know cloning Jedi has been done in Star Wars though, twice in the Thrawn Trilogy, but both clones went crazy. That clear things up?

Accodring to this game/movie Starkiller fulfiled the ancient prophecy. Not someone from of the Skywalker family. Anakin Skywalker turned the balance to the Dark side, Luke towards the Jedi. But Starkiller was the one that brought balance to the force.
