Great custom idea. I would make one adjustment, take the softgoods shoulder capes from the TVC Mimban Stormtroopers and place them on the custom. Then messing with the pegholes of the hardgoods cape won’t be an issue. As for the capeless Mimban stormtroopers they can fit in nicely with other weathered stormtroopers. Great video BB, gonna give this a try

I took the 5 POA mudtrooper head and popped it onto the indiana jones German motorcycle soldier. It was a perfect fit and I've kept it there.

Already did these customs aged ago and they look great. For my personal collection, I left the capes off the rank and file troopers and only gave one to my squad leader who also has the tank pilot helmet. For my squad sergeant I left his goggles up to give him a bit of a different look and also gave him a spare Mimban stormtrooper sniper rifle I had lying around. As a final touch, I sculpted some rank bars from modelling putty and glued them to the chest armour.

That's one cool thing about the Disney Star Wars era, and these D+ shows -- the modularity of the various Imperial trooper armor pieces. I hope they at least re-purpose the Range Trooper and Patrol Trooper helmets somewhere in one of these shows.

I just got this one and it’s a lot better than the black series. I’m. Big Bill Burr fan and having a action figure of him that really looks like him is awesome I hope Hasbro makes a juggernaut transport for him too ride. Have a good one

Great stuff my friend. I think we can all agree that when we saw the Juggernaut Pilot in Mando we all thought how a mudtrooper can be done by using the partial tooling of a Tank Driver and Juggernaut Pilot. 🙌🤜🤛

With the new Andor trailer showing some Mudtroopers, I think I'll keep my hopes up and wait for an official TVC Mudtrooper figure or whatever the Andor "Mudtroopers" were.

Great video like always bossk! The guys in andor are just standard imperial infantry units, stormtroopers are just elite shock troops used for guarding bases and ships which is why we always see them. Stormtroopers are only used in full frontal combat when infantry is outmatched. These infantry men are used to fight and gain territories for the empire which is why they’re seen on mimban (the mud planet) fighting for control over the native population. Once the territory is gained the stormtroopers come and guard any bases and outposts on the planet or territory.

I "ruined" most of my Figures, i cannot resist cutting out nice soft goods, sculpting and tooling wicked accessories and finish them with "washed" looks. But yes, sometimes a simple Head-swap is all you need!

Very cool indeed! I wonder if you could drill some very tiny holes into the back pack and chest armor so that the pegs fit without cutting them off and glueing?!? 🤔. Mud trooper are pretty awesome and so I’m might have to track down one of those sets or a force link figure.

Suggest use of a pin vice for more control. The plastic is soft enough to easily be drilled by hand.

I won't try to make a custom Mudtrooper because here that 7 pack is still a bit pricy. But I hold out hope for not only a VC Mudtrooper but also for a VC Patrol Trooper, the latter of which I'd buy 12. I just like the Patrol Trooper's look. Plus, am I the only one seeing some similarities with the Mudtrooper and Kylo Ren helmets, especially the eyes.
