I know folks jumped on the delay of Skeleton Crew as a theory for Hasbro having to shuffle its planned releases and put out a lot of meh in 2024...except now Skeleton Crew has come and gone, and Hasbro has released just Jod (to date). So in retrospect, I am not at all convinced that skeleton crew being delayed was the cause of all the meh. If it had been released on schedule, then all we can say is that Jod would have been released much earlier but nothing else seems to have been impacted (if there were a bunch of already-made Skeleton Crew figures, you'd think Hasbro would have pumped them out as soon as the show finally aired).

I've made this comment before BB, but your posing is really next-level ninja good! Yeah, I think I'm appreciating this figure more if I look at it as the animated Clone Wars version, rather than the Hayden iteration. But, this looks like a really great looking figure! 👌

Hello BB. Thank you for the context I really enjoy watching your videos. I have noticed that the last Millennium Falcon was released in 2020 and before that there were others released every few years apart. It has been now 5 years since the last release, will there be another release of the BMF any time soon?

Hi Bossk, great video as always. QFNW. Antoc Merrick came with his X-wing, however the E-wing pilot is being sold separately to the ship and is coming out at a much later date. Do you think the E-wing "way" is the best way to do this? Personally I wouldn't be buying the E-wing or the pilot if the other didn't exist. I much prefer that the pilot comes with the ship. Currently my E-wing is still sitting in it's shipper and probably wont be coming out until the pilot arrives. Any thoughts on how Hasbro should handle this sort of thing? (additional thought - the astromech droids have changed places with the pilots! Being locked in or not locked in with the ship!).

Thank you Bossk's Bounty for another wonderful review of the best toy line 3.75 inch TVC. My family and I enjoyed very much the show Ahsoka. We believe is the best Star Wars series in par with Andor. So the scene with Anakin was a jaw dropping moment. Hayden's chemistry with Rosario and Ariana were great and hope to see more. Hayden Christensen performance of Anakin and Darth Vader were great and brought back the spirit of Revenge of the Sith and Clone Wars. As a bonus, the show Ahsoka brought out the beloved characters of Rebels which again was a great Star Wars series that my family and I enjoyed a lot. Cannot wait for you to review Baylan.

4:50 they messed up when taking the continuity still photos of Anakin that they send to Hasbro. He didn't have he scar for those pics, (you can see it in the poster) so not really Hasbros fault

If Hasbro had given the new farmboy Luke, this Anakin's hair color, and this Anakin, Luke's brown hair color, both figures would have come out perfect. Maybe its the lighting from your camera or my laptop, but Anakin just looks straight blond on my laptop. I got into doing touch up paint on Kenner figures, I'm thinking I might have a go and lighten Luke's hair slightly when he arrives.

I love the scene. He explained that it wasn't fair to her that she had to be taught to be a warrior and now has to struggle to find peace. when he was taught to be peaceful and transformed into a warrior. It's easy to make someone into a warrior but they will never truly find peace. It resonates with veterans and the troubles you have when war is over.

Oh, you can get these individually & not just that 3 pack? This 1 & also the pre-suited Darth Vader would make a fine addition to my collection (see what I did there?) If I can get it individually, I'll keep my eyes peeled at local Wal-Mart, Target & GameStop stores or I know 3 local shops that could have them & they're usually chock full of the stuff I can never find at Wal-Mart, Target or GameStop, but on the plus side, they'll sometimes have good deals (like if you're in the local shop's rewards club & you get points).

I know it doesn't fit with the chronology of TCW as re-presented in Ahsoka, but I'm happy for this to just be Ani early in the first year of the war before Christophsis - just after AotC, when his padawan short-back-and-sides has grown out but before Ventress took a swipe at him.

Love the look of this Anakin but I think I’m going to wait for the 3-pack version with the scar and cape…still great to have this in the line and hope that we see an updated CW Obi-Wan and young Ahsoka to accompany him eventually

Really really not a fan of the head on this figure. I would have gotten this figure if it was better. Hair is too light, face looks nothing like Hayden, no scar. Maybe a painted up version would look better but it looks horrid imo

He's gonna go into my father and son display next to Luke. Great review, sad about the missing scar.

Farmboy luke is definitely my favorite of the wave. I've got a few customs planned with him

Great review. Sadly, Hasbro has really just stopped caring about my order, they keep emailing me saying they’re shipping this wave soon and yet they’ve pushed it back for two weeks as of right now. Really hope mine ships soon!

I can't wait for the Darth Vader Anakin with the red lightsaber. I know it's not screen accurate, but that classic hilt with the red blade looks awesome. I love your reviews, Bossk!

I really do like the figure all together, but I do think that the hairpiece is also a little bit more "poofy."

I've already thrown a brown wash on the hair it helped tremendously. I may use a toothpick or something to paint on the scar. Thanks for another video. 🤙

Does the saber stay in the hand well and won’t fall out from the slightest motion… like Dooku, Sol, etc..

QfnW: I was watching the Marvel Legends livestream a couple weeks ago and they introduced a "Maximum Series" Spider-Man that features updated articulation so it can get in "all the poses". Assuming TVC lasts 5-10 years what advancements in Star Wars action figures would/do you expect to see?

I wouldn't mind them adding the Bad Batch season 2 armor into a Haslab set, but theres no excuse AT ALL to why they've only given us ONE member of the team after 3 seasons of the show has come and gone. It's honestly pathetic on Hasbro's part

To this day it annoys me that the robes were over his armor in the original Star Wars. To their credit they had his robes the same in rouge one.
