Whats the best way to organize the cards for making decks?

Same way I would organize for a sealed event. Take green/command for example. Make a pile of command/green only, a pile of command/heroic (white) and a pile of command/villany (black). Once you decide if you’re going to play heroic, villany or double command, pick your second color (unless double command) and repeat the process. You will also want piles of heroic only and villany only cards incase you put those in the deck as well.
