The paper packs are a awesome selling point for me. Reminds me of opening 1989 Upper Deck baseball packs from back in the day... Not a fan of the ridiculous amount of cards to collect. Maybe just wait until it gets the Destiny treatment and everything is cheap.

Right now prices seem to be going up as no one is really sure what anything should be worth. I’d definitely wait. The paper packs feel so satisfying. I know that sounds lame but it’s also a selling point to me.

Legendaries are approximately 1 in 8, or 3 per box

Ah! Good to know. I thought 1 in 6. That means I did pretty darn well on my boxes!

Finally got to open some boxes and got really lucky with some boxes, got the average 3 legendaries in my 1st box and got 6 in one box and 5 in two boxes. Only problem tho is with so many cards in this set it can still be hard to make some decks, I’m still a little short on making a Spectre deck could use thos ghosts and chopper you pulled 😊

Man-o-man the money to spend to get 252 standard, 252 standard Hyperspace, 252 Standard Foil and 252 Hyperspace Foil wow 1026 card set then there are 18 Showcase cards for a grand total of. The odds put it at 36 cases min to get a master Spark of Rebellion w/Showcase and you don't get doubles at 19440.00 OUCH if I figured out the pulls rate correctly. Nice box opening.

It’s a pretty insane collecting task. That’s why I’m just picking one of the four to do. I cannot do it all!

I was off on my numbers. I forgot showcase and their pull rate of 1 in 288 packs and there are 16 of them. The odds put it at 36 cases min to get a master Spark of Rebellion w/Showcase and you don't get doubles at 19440.00 WOW a 20K set out of the gate no SWCCG set is this high. I take it the singles market will be crazy on the Showcase and the other rare items, while the bulks commons and un-commons will be everywhere chasing the Showcase and other rare cards.

I think that’s right. Although I think the number of people chasing a master set will be pretty low. Cheap commons and uncommons is good for gameplay. Gives cheap access to people that just want to play.

I’m not a fan of mixing so many films and other tales all into one set. Layouts seem pretty generic too. Are those wrappers paper? That seems less protective.

Actually the paper wraps are the best thing to hit tcgs in decades as this is way less plastic waste
