It is amusing - and a bit sad - a legendary (TIoC) would get to you twice and still not be picked. That said, great call on switching to Dooku. After seeing R2 wheel to you pack 1, I thought Yellow Hero was open but Green Villain obviously had a bit more heat to it.

Yeah… I was really anticipating being able to develop a strong Green Quinlan especially when R2 wheeled which made me regret passing on Shaak Ti. A 2/4 2 drop is an amazing stat line with no downside attached so I was ready to commit. However, knowing that Shaak Ti didn’t wheel helped convince me that it wasn’t as open as I hoped. Seeing cards like Ryloth, Confederate Courier, Droid Commando, and B2 Legionnaires wheel though helped cement the switch especially with the ability to T2 B2 Legionnaires after a Courier. You can even see my decision being made in real time on the pick after R2 when I was deciding between Droid Commando and Clone Dive Trooper. Supplement Yellow Hero or take the great 3 drop that synergizes with Dooku. The Kalani in P2P2 cemented it and it was off to the races afterwards.

Also, I gotta disagree about Lethal Crackdown. It doesn’t hit leaders and I’m not a fan of taking the base damage hit. And you pay 4? Maybe in limited because removal is scarce. But that’s a steep cost.

Agree. It’s more mid for me. Removal is at a premium and eating that much damage for a 4 cost sucks when Vanquish is only 1 more with no downside or Merciless Contest is 1 less in a set with token units (or doing it with an empty board) plus more flexibility as it could be used in any Villainy deck.
