Wasn't expecting a sequel to that one story about the group of aliens discovering how addictive human pop culture was to their civilization. This story is starting to remind me of the setting of Haiyore! Nyaruko-san. I never saw the show, but I remember reading that in it aliens had quarantined Earth because it produced the most addictive controlled substance in the known universe. ANIME.

If you can detect these cloaked ships that are derelict, and hail them, some one can probably now detect you even if you have better stealth technology. ESPECIALLY if you find a bunch of dead cloaked ships in high orbit, the last thing you want to do is reveal your presence to some one can do that to all those ships. Regardless if the threat is the humans or some other third party, There's very clearly a threat, and you're just waving and shouting hello like dumb asses. These aliens are dumb.

Very predictable story this time. Figured out what was going to happen as soon as it talked about disappearing ships around earth and meeting humans caused madness. Then when the thing about earth having excessive radio transmissions happened, my guess was confirmed. Having the graffiti in the inside of the ship was just beating a dead horse.
