I once had a gluten free Starbucks breakfast sandwich they made years ago, which actually wasn't too bad, but now the only thing they offer food wise is a rice krispy treat 😒

Kim’s flour blend recipe is on her website. I strongly encourage you to make some and stock your pantry. They are the genius behind her recipes. My pantry has all three of her flour blend recipes. Wouldn’t live without them.

@@LetThemEatGlutenFreeCakeOh I saw the text. White letters pink background. Even clicked on the recipe link to view the yield. Rough calculation makes them 28 grams of sugar per muffin. Which is better than Starbucks at 34 grams of sugar per muffin, but that’s still a lot of sugar in a small muffin. That just inspired me to make my own version, but with alternative sweeteners. Thanks!!! Keep on baking. Loved the video.
