The Starbucks in my country has no added sugar to it. It’s on the menu as pure matcha latte. But for the frap it does have added sugar, so Starbucks calls it green tea. Kinda confusing the first time I ordered both hahaha

Starbucks Korea provides matcha latte with no added sugar, too. Customers may add classic syrup, but to me vanilla syrup goes better than classic syrup.

I love me some matcha so gotta try this . I get a matcha iced with almond milk and 2/3 bumps of vanilla or Iced matcha latte with almond milk , vanilla syrup , strawberry purée or sweet cream foam on top instead of the strawberry

That was very cool! Honestly I’m not the biggest fan of Matcha my boyfriend as he loves it. He does get the hot Matcha latte from Starbucks and he does get the iced Matcha latte a lot he likes ice drinks better. The Matcha frappe is very good too the hot Matcha latte I personally like better

To be honest, the traditional way is a lot better. I worked at starbucks and i always thought it was so weird that you're putting powder into the wand for hot drinks. And now i work at a local place and if you add hot water to the matcha and stir it a bit it'll taste better! I wish that starbucks did it the traditional way with the bamboo whisk and bowl but it is what it is.

Yes, I agree!:) The frapp gets classic syrup in it too (liquid sugar), so you can ask for no classic and I think it’d taste less sweet😁

I used to like the green tea frapp few years ago, until later they changed the matcha powder , I noticed the taste is more bitter and less creamy , I asked the worker what happend and they told me the sweetener inside the power was take away. for some reason, no matter how much more syrup I add it , it can never match what it was before, kind of feeling sad.
