Good morning I’m following your video now for the skittle box and when it comes to design I’m struggling because I’m trying to do blue clues and my image doesn’t seem to be transparent though i searched transparent it has the transparent box behind it i tried a few images

Do you put the glossy photo paper through the sublimation printer? If the ink dulls doesn’t on sub paper, then it doesn’t dull on glossy?

I printed on an inkjet printer, sublimation isn’t needed and only should be use for sublimation projects.

Step 1: Head over to the upper-right corner of your Canva screen and tap the “Download” button. Step 2: In the dropdown menu, select the “PDF Print” for your file type. Selecting this file type will ensure that your print will have the best quality possible. Step 3: Download your project by clicking the purple “Download” button. Step 4: Open your newly downloaded file using a PDF reader and select the printer you’d like to use to print your design. Step 5: Set the print to a 100% scale so your design will be printed in the correct size.

I print this with my Hp printer and ink. Chances are you’re having this issue because your printer is not on the right settings for the type of paper that you’re using. Try setting your paper type as glossy or photo paper and print quality set to normal or Best.
