He used Judges Familiars ability to sacrifice it and counter it unless Ted payed one, basically because he didn't want to draw it next turn.

You guys should start changing the thumbnail images for these video. To avoid any spoilers. I already had a good idea of how this game was going from the default thumbnail KZbin picked, before I even watched it. I know anything can happen, but just an idea!! *****

@ 18:38, Wasn't that cheating on Ted's part? He originally tapped 4 lands for the Verdict (that did go thru) but then he switched the black/blue tapped land for a white/blue land?

no that way fine. If he passed his turn and then tried to switch it that's too bad but the card wasn't even in the graveyard before it happened.
