The Swarm under the Overmind's control was very strategic and tactical. All the Cerebrates had different functions and they all specialized in some form of warfare (Guerilla, Sabotage, Scouting, Full-on Battle, etc), plus they knew they had numbers. The Overmind knew it couldn't take the strain of controlling everything and besuccessful doing so, so it divided its strategies among the Cerebrates. When Kerrigan took control, she took on most of the Swarm under her control, most, because she couldn't take all, thus the Brood Wars came to be because she wasn't powerful enough to control the entire Swarm and renegade broods started slipping out. That was why the Overmind was in control of ALL of the Swarm, because of the Cerebrates. Except Kerrigan didn't like the Cerebrates and thought she was strong enough to subjugate every individual. She wasn't. Abathur escaped from Kerrigan's control as soon as the Overmind died and went undergroud. Technically, the Swarm was significantly weaker under Kerrigan's sole control than it was under the Overmind's.

It's not just the Khala, otherwise the Dark Templar, who sue the Void instead, and the Tal'Derrim could be infested. That profile for the Queen went up when Wings of Liberty did, it was just something to tease the audience about. Kerrigan will say flat out, repeatedly, they can't make use of Protoss DNA. It's possible the Overmind knew how to get around the problem, but it's long dead now.

your missing one speech coming from zagara when you go to rescue jim before you attack the research facility, zagara expresses the concern that she has not learned vision, sense karrigan came to dominion space, but zagara doesnt no why. karrigan tells her that its a personal mission, despite how kerrigan has the right to keep the truth from here, zagara says she would attempt to find it anyway. kerrigan then replies saying that it would be beyond here understanding.

+OmegaHunter08 SC2 is far higher skill based than any DotA like game, Simply put, the custom maps where always easier to play than top SC2. People played them for relaxation something where you don't put your all. Vision has always been important in SC2 and WC3 and their previous titles. DotA like games in comparison are less demanding on the player than SC2 and Real time strategy games

and in starcraft you mostly control all of the units.... SIMULTANEOUSLY and STRATEGICALLY. and longer vision you say in dota?? heck i bet you can't even order the groups and simultaneously and command them from each point at the same time in these kinds of games...

makaramuss then why spread overlords, why spread creep why send scouts before even one building is up? why is there stealth units, why is there vents in these games before they existed in dota like games, why is there many mechanics that spread and diminish enemies vision. You would just be guessing what the enemies is doing if you have only 5 seconds of vision, hell you wouldn't even know if they expanded or when they are weak to attack. Unlike dota like games there is death timers and there is hell even things that let you know if your team has their ultimates up yet.. I am sorry you have to have much more dexterity in order to play at the top level of RTS games like SC2.... Remember each unit can have 1--3 other abilities too.

I was talking about moment By the way I can still answer the questions by the way... here are examples: Spread creep for buildings and movement speed to catch drops. Most players not sending scouts to see start of enemy anymore... prefers fast military units like reaper . if zerg its overlord I suppose you thought "duuh... I saw main base of enemy for only 5 seconds now I know what to do" No... I mean "ohh... yea he killed my scout just ago yet I saw he had a 3x factory so I can expect some siege tank/hellion medivec drops or its possible to see a mech player even if its rare." LATER IN THE GAME: "Well... just ago lost another scout yet I saw half of his army that including siege tanks . also since my scout dead to mines I can guess he is playing mech heavy . to counter mines I gonna need detectors + long ranged units. didnt see any detector so I can burrow some banelings to ground and hope for he dont use his detection" By 5 second thats what I meant! Yea I dont know when he attacks or if he had someting secret behind but now I can guess his main forces with small moment vision! Aganist pro player you cant scout enemy base that easy allready. yea aganist noob you can have full vision on all of his bases . but thats all.

The plot point is that they cannot infest Protoss because of the Khala. Their DNA is perfectly fine. If you don't Believe me, the Battle.net page for queens actually mentions the fact that they may use protoss DNA.

Zerg usually dont think beyond using sheer number and tenacity. Abathur's work basically expand her brain for more advanced thinkering, allowing Kerrigan to actually teach her strategy.
