I think ultras should be able to simply crush/walk over marines too but only at a rate. Like x marines crushed per second. And once they hit their quota they have to attack normally. I don’t know what the rate is. Maybe 1 marine crushed every 2 seconds? Something to balance then out. Also could be extended to all light units? Ultras suck everywhere EDIT: Maybe have the crushing ability rate based around supply. So 1 supply every 2 seconds. 2 zerglings per 2 seconds 1 marine per 2 seconds. 1 zealot every 4 seconds. (Assuming they are 2 supply, can’t remember(

I play all 3 races but I’m not amazing I play custom games mostly myself but just watching these games Terran mechs op Protoss are invincible as long as you keep the big units alive with a lot of splash for any comp and Zerg are like an actual swarm you have to throw so much at the opponent to even have a chance

If you feel forced to build ultralisks as Zerg, you've already lost. They're like huge, really expensive zerglings. They usually live as long as well, while doing zero damage.

I know i said it before in another of your videos but I still agree, ultras feel underpowered to like SC1/BW, a pack of 12 ultras hit your base and the struggle was freaking real, watching ultras in SC2 it's like... hmm... they all died before they got the first hit in, add in Ghost snipe ability and they really feel a waste of resource

Ultras are incompatible with the current meta. Even if they could step over tiny units, they don't deal enough damage against even marines to be worthwhile. The meta is based extremely heavily in favor of spellcaster units and fast units (fast units being micro-able). It's the same issue thst SkyToss has really, the units are extremely powerful but the skill cap for void rays or carriers is very low.

They're supposedly massive units but get torn like paper. If you have economy to build 50 of them and keep throwing them at the enemy you'll obviously win, but it's not because of ultras, it's despite having them
