Am I the only one that knows that if you build a stargate near Karax, every ship you build is nearly instant? (So you literally only need to build ONE stargate). I haven't seen a single person do this.

@@sadaharu5870 just build a stargate anywhere near Karax (the Hero guarding the South East entrance). I put it just above him, out of the way. Once it's built (as long as he's still alive), every ship you build is nearly instantaneous.

Yes, that's true, 900% faster or something like that, like in the mission you control him. But if I'm not mistaken Karax is usually the first hero unit to die. So that's not a very reliable technique.

I always trap Alarak between some pylons/batteries. he can't get out. I do it because his knockback AOE is very strong, and while his charge does high single target damage he tends to run out and die immediately. this way he just spams his aoe every now and then and lives much longer providing high damage and CC. trapping Karax is harder. he doesn't like it.

Using Dark Archons to capture Spear of Adun units works a treat too.

Yeah only real improvement I could see would be getting those carriers, they allow you to get maxed pretty easily, you won’t loose any void rays till the very end of the mission

Instead of void rays, why not use destroyer?

they do less damage because the damage to the extra target does almost nothing

I beat salvation on brutal and i thought i was playing on hard lmao, its very easy once you get a combo of maybe 7 carriers and max void rays lol

you should build a few more shield batteries btw makes it easier

Why don't I get the feat of the 20 ships shot down with Adun's spear? In normal mode I destroyed more than 20 ships and I don't understand why I don't win it !!! it's BUG !!!!!

does it show more than 20 at the end? if not just kill more, i think warp prisms and some other stuff dont count for reference, i was able to kill 31 with the spear of adun

I have now tried to perform the same settings as you. Brutal difficulty. I performed the exact same action at 5.30 (time). It doesn't give me the feat !!! Why ????!!!!!

That achievement isn't tied to Salvation, it's for dealing a specific amount of Purification Beam damage over the course of the campaign. You likely already have it.

man you're just a proof that brutal isnt that hard , your like an average player , in terms of apm binds and everything , man you actually click to producs units :p but still you put out there a good strategy and i enjoyed the entertainement gg on this one :p
