Ofc, Alarak always use Deadly Charge to go front and do not have Soul Absorption to eat his allies. He is very weak and easy to die.

One of Karax’s ability is boost 900% speed for your nearby structure. The production of stargate is almost instant.

@@bentosan same also for alarak, needs to trap him in. karax is more valuable however due to his production speed bonus. you can defense the south entrance even without alarak and his ability

One small tip for future viewers: The Tal'Darim Void Ray is absolutely horrible. It has weak base damage and its gimmick, the splitting beam doesn't scale with attack upgrades while still being affected by armor - in other words, most enemies will only take 1 damage from it. The only thing it's good for is _maybe_ to deal with zerglings. Don't be tempted to use them. The standard void ray is superior in every way.

I wondered whether this can be done. Can you try not exiting the game as soon as it allows you to, but building a wall of cannons before each enemy spawn location? IOW: can a stable configuration be found, where all respawned enemies are destroyed fast enough?

not exit the game as soon as it allows you? This mission will not last more than 30 min because the keystone is charged in 30 min and there is nothing you can do to slow that down. You cannot built enough cannon to destroy enough enemies fast enough at the three entrance points.

This mission is stupidly hard on brutal due to the momma sized ultralisks and carrier combos against Protoss.

Trapping karax and alarak was genius lol. you keep karax alive almost indefinately, and you get energizers in that side of the field. . . Alarak when imprisoned just keeps using his little pushback wave that even works on eliltes. . . Though i'd be afraid I can't reliably mc any of the carriers/tempests lol. If ou wanna double down on it, you could toss a mothership his way lol. and just ignore that side

This mission is easy, just long. Use the naga forces to destroy the four outpost of the Undead, defend the elf base with a strong wall of towers, and push in the last base.

Spam dragon hawk riders. Use the observation tower vision. if air waves, just spam the net lasso ability. If ground wave, kill their zepellin above water, the units will all die/disappear -> patrol ur dragonhawk at the water area to catch them early

This mission is broken, normally if you killed all enemies it makes them less aggressive (works in every RTS or turn based strategy)

If their bases CAN be destroyed. Most of the enemy's bases are outside of the map's bounds. You are only killing the waves of units they are sending, but the damage you can do to the (visible) bases is negligible at best. Blizzard's way to force you to hold the line.
