I wouldn't mind seeing more first person videos. Obviously not as a regular thing as I'm seeing people commenting that it's not the easiest watching experience, but I consume these videos largely as a podcast as I work so being able to look over and see what that player sees is a welcome change. I absolutely love watching first person casts. A typical viewer (myself included) cannot keep up with everything that is happening, but being able to see the selected targets and camera gives you such a deeper insight into what they are doing Edit: watching them is definitely more demanding, its just very nice to mix it up every now and then, its especially interesting watching someone play 'your race' Edit 2: some ways to improve the viewer experience, pausing and discussing helps give you time to catch up, and probably stick to short/mid length games

Lowko - I think the best way to present these 1st person videos is to have half the screen a pure first person view, and the second half you following along in the replay as you normally would synched in time to the first person half. That way we get the benefit of the first person view with the broader context for what's going on. In any event, more first person please!! Love, MikeyBoy

This was great and the most interesting part is that your commentary took on a whole new life from this point of view. It was exactly like you were deciphering and translating what Serral was doing which is way different than the traditional format focusing on play by play and entertainment value (it's almost as if Lowko knows a thing or two about SC2?!). Also the camera wasn't as hectic as I thought it would be so following along wasn't an issue. Definitely keep mixing this style into future videos if you enjoyed it!

I am a youtube viewer only, never played a game of starcraft myself. I follow you for about two years now and got a quite theoretical understanding of the game so far. Seeing Serral play really impressed me, showing me what people actually see and have to react to in the actual game. It makes it even more impressive to see how most pro gamers interact with each other based on how little information they have of each other. The caster curse, seeing all the info at once, with additional data support really spoiled me a bit :D So ya. I am in on the "once a week" plan of seeing first person games! really impressive
