Technically StarCraft is a Warhammer RTS that didn't get the license and so they changed things slightly and came up with an original IP. If you think about it it's a good thing Blizzard didn't get the IP because then we would have never gotten Dawn of War and possibly Company of Heroes.

Gotta say love this op, maybe you could make reapers with jetpacks and pistols or a vulture or ghosts that have a sniper and can call in artillery (since a normal nuke would be way too strong) or even better laser a target but I don't know how strong those laser guided things are since I don't play arma 3 myself. But yeah would love to see more! My life for Aiur! Down with emperor Mengsk!

StarCraft did not start out as a WH40k game, though both IPs derive a ton of common concepts from other Sci-Fi works (Marines in space, alien hiveminds, etc), and even each other as the time goes on (for example, the early Tyranid designs looked almost nothing like the Zerg but after they were changed everybody started calling Zerg 'Tyranid Clones' for some reason even though by that logic both of them are 'Starship Trooper Space Bug' clones). You may be thinking of Warcraft, which was originally meant to be a pitch for a game set in Warhammer Fantasy but was shot down so Blizzard repurposed what they had already made into the original Warcraft.

Liru. about the Minecraft thing, here's an idea if you need it. So the players come across a town being raided by a group of pilllagers, and have to save it. Then, they go to get revenge after, for the villagers.

there were seriously no starcraft mods? i'm disappointed in the Arma modders. ps: the banelings were probably lagging because of all the corpses, the banes probably did cause more impact on performance than the other bugs, but still the corpses where probably the main issue
