Yowza this is an old one, you sound different Falcon, so full of promise and punishable naiveté, like you cast this before that time I peed in your cornflakes. And man is it claustrophobic with this zoom level but I still couldn't stop watching, crazy good match, literally had no idea who won until the surrender.

This game might deserve an epic tag! The Siege Tank lines, Dark Swarms, Irradiates, and Scourge targeting were all pretty fantastic. Was pretty at the edge of my seat the whole game. You can tell it ended by a thread because even though Flash left, Jaedong was spending every single mineral and gas he was scrounging up just to hold out. Excellent game!

JAE DONG JAE DONG JAE DOOOOONG Man, thanks for these BW casts, I'm loving it. I can't wait to see BW scene get even more lively when Remastered comes out. BTW I think Irridiate affects units in the air even when it's cast on a ground unit, and it also doesn't oneshot ultras as far as I know. From what I remember, Plague does 3 damage per tick, until the unit drops to 3, 2, or 1 hp. God this game was good. I fucking love cracklings. Also, holy shit that APM by both of them, JD had it over 400 stable at some point, Jesus.

I always figured 'medics' were actually mostly doing repairs on the marines armour, rather than patching up wounds themselves. Some sorta laser welder fusing damaged plates back down or something.

War of Titans. Jaedong is pretty much the best Zerg BW player. Flash was the top overall player for a lloooooong time.

I know anytime anything happens people cry OP but I feel like those blinding cloud-like clouds are unreasonably strong. It seems you can clean up any fortified position with no problem and it stays there for ages. However I never played this game so maybe there is some obvious downside I dont see

Not necessarily. The key is to keep map control so the Zerg doesn't have the opportunity to base-lock you and just cast dark swarm wherever he pleases. This allows you to retain some mobility and you can just move out of the swarm whenever it's cast. There are also the science vessels which keep the defiler count low, and is pretty much the best way to deal with them.

Good question. When you have a big army firebats may be less efficient, since they are mele and get clumped up. In the very late game, I guess they were just too expensive costing twice the price of marines including gas.

reaper name The Forgotten: This creature is the conglomeration of all the forgotten souls who died in brood war games at the hands of zerg. They died by the thousands using their blood to soak the soil of the battle field, and for what? So their commanders could take all the glory while there remains rotted? They would not stand for this; together the souls created one single entity out of parts of there corpses. This new creature warped with hate and supernatural power had only one directive... kill everything. This creature spent years hunting down the former commanders of the souls before finally he slit the throat of the final commander. With his task completed the creature had no purpose and went into a rage using its enhanced skills to kill any one who came near it. The souls saw that the creature needed a task that it could work for but never be able to complete or else it would continue its killing spree. After two months of thinking the souls finally came up with a task. They told the reaper that he was to destroy all zerg and create a army of the undead to aid him. The souls thought he would be unable to do the second part even if he manged to wipe out the swarm, but the souls underestimated there own power. You see when they created the reaper they imbued him with a large portion of there combined powers and this extra power could be split into smaller pieces in order to reanimate corpses and give them a very basic consciousness. So over many years the reaper created his army raiding Terran settlements for fresh corpses and even stitching together protoss and zerg flesh to create human shaped bodies. Now with his new army of animated corpses he takes the fight (if opponent is zerg) to the swarm. (if enemy player is protoss) to a protoss tribe who has tried to bring him to justice. (if terran) To a mercenary band of Terran's whose weapons and armor will greatly bolster his forces.

Arvin Rao It does but Restoration uses a bunch of energy, which is usually more cost efficient for Heal when Plague isn't around, given that Plague costs more energy.

But healing is autocast right and it cannot be turned off? Isnt it better to use energy to remove plague rather than to just let it run down to zero due to healing for no reason

Arvin Rao Yes, Healing is better in general when a lot of Plague is used. Maybe Flash was too busy to select and target with Restore because in Brood War, you can't select different units for spells and if you cast with same units they all cast one target so it's very time consuming to restore everyone with a lot of Plague.
