I notice you don't use attack move. (A) key then click ground, your units will move and shoot at the closest enemy. With that your Medics won't wonder on their own and will stay with the army even if you select everyone. (Top of the Mini Map (F2) is select all army) I just feel sorry for the poor marines that charge in an die without even shooting 😢
