I'd have cleared the mini camp unber the main base and set up there. You can start hitting the bottom trains earlier and also reach the bonus if you care about that.

Last time I used Bile the range was like 7 or 9. Now its 50 or something??:)

You are a "bit" off with those numbers... Bile launcher base range has been 13 ever since release. A few months ago it got increased to 15. The upgrade gives +10, so 25 range max.
