Cricut is undeservedly popular because it's everywhere. The Cameo by Silhouette is a bit noisier than the Cricut but cuts vastly better.

I have a Cricut also ,but I can't cut ink jet vinyl with laminated glossy laminate.Get error can't read registration marks .Can't get answer anywhere.

Try not putting laminate over the registration marks. Only put the laminate where needed.

don’t listen to these people lol! simple hack! buy matte scotch tape and tape it over the laminate that got on top of the registration marks!

Sry but I don’t believe that it’s the 1st time using a Cricut and you managed a successful print and cut AND removed the mat before cutting a 2nd time.
