I have this exact same boat. It's my first boat. Mine is a 2021. Everything on it is the same except i got a Ski tow bar, sink was installed when I bought it, Docking lights, sound system, extra speakers, sub, SIMRAD, and I think that's it. Got it in June 2021.

We also have added swim platforms that we think are pretty great. While mounted very high, falling over the transom eyes, they provide a ton more standing space when entering the boat. The boarding ladder is moved and my complaint is there’s a pretty basic and poorly fitted filler so the marine mat can cover it.

The mat in the aft port side is typically used in the deck storage. We have our anchor, chain and rope in there at the moment. The smallest fortress anchor is too wide for the anchor locker, unfortunately. I wanna trim it, but it’s a long son of a gun and will likely bang around in there pretty good so I’m not sure what I’ll do.

I definitely feel like you’ll dislike the tow rack. Ours has the pylon and while we haven’t used it to tow at all, it’s a great hand hold for just as you said, going side to side, or even just entering the boat. I sorta scold everybody before they board, letting them know not to touch my bimini, at all. “You’re about to fall off the boat? Well fall off with some grace and don’t take my top with you” We’ve lost screws from the top, 3 times now, 1 in the drink that I’ve ran zip ties through. Temporary, probably permanent, fix.

Our bimini also folds all the way down, just rear of the pylon.

Hello! Question about the deck/dock light. Was the Starcraft SVX prewired for them? Then which aftermarket (probably Amazon) light can I use? Thank you!

Do you know where the antenna is for the speedometer? It's gps based so there has to be one somewhere.

The access door below your sink?? I have the exact same door starboard side to access the helm storage. It came that way and I’ve yet to see other similar models with it. In our use, the helm station is sorta useless without it. I often send my daughter through the backrest but I rarely use it. It’s close enough to access while underway if you have a quick item to grab.

I would use my ladder to get inside the boat even when it was not in the water. Well, if it breaks then it's too weak anyways.

The docking lights I bought from the dealer. If I were to do it again I’d find some aftermarket ones that fit in the spot. They ones from StarCraft are not that bright.

In your video you mention deck lights were pre wired. Can you confirm that? My husband is looking at a 2022 StarCraft svx 191 thanks

@@catherineauffrey7055 We LOVE ours! We picked it up July 1st and have used it a fair amount in short time. We boat on the Chesapeake and my only major comment would be regarding that ride. For its short size, it rides well, but it’s no wave busting blue water boat, that’s for sure. We have a Mercury 115 on ours and with 4 adults and 2 kids, it’ll run 35-36 If you have the option and ability, opt for the 150! By myself with full fuel and a fair amount of gear, bimini unfolded, I saw 38-39.

@@upgabby Hit those dock lights up against a dock, it’s day light. Underway, they’re not exactly spots but at night, they’ll throw beams to markers a LONG ways out.
