1:50:59 DO NOT TRY TO 'PICKLE' EGGS WITH LIME and especially DO NOT DO IT WITH STORE BOUGHT EGGS. It can be extremely dangerous and it's just not worth the risk of botulism. Problem with eggs is in US they wash them, which makes them last a lot less and require refrigeration. The only eggs you should ever try to 'lime pickle' are eggs from your own chickens and those can just stay outside the fridge for weeks and even longer in the fridge.

Judging people's age is actually so hard, though. Not only do some people just not look their age but your own perception also plays into it. For example, people consistently get my age wrong but in wildly differing directions. I've had one person think I could very well be a fully certified pharmacist (which takes a medicine degree here I think, definitely some university degree, so I would've had to be at least 22) and one ask to see my ID when I was buying an energy drink (16+ here) within a week.

Talking about deer is making me sad. We used to have a family of them that lived in our backyard, but now the city is constructing a four way road through this section of land kind of right behind our house, and I haven’t seen the deer family in months.

1:46:10 In general, local food is better for you. So very often, when something is tauted as 'healthy amazing miracle food' it's not gonna be that accesible because it isn't something globaly-eaten, so a lot of people will not be 'evolutionaly accustomed' to eating it so to speak.
