It's not really 60FPS. It's important note that. It's "60FPS focused." Most of the time it will be running around 45-50FPS. It even shows that in the Digital Foundry stuff, which I think is where the footage at about 12 second mark comes from and depicts. So it should be similar to how Forbidden West, on PS5, eventually got a 40FPS balanced mode. Overall looks good and a welcomed changed, no doubt.

Aside from color difference, I don't notice much graphical fidelity difference like textures, lightning, drawing, foliage, etc. It still looks the same to me (low fidelity))

why would they gimp the PS5 version on purpose, people need to stop with the fanboy wars, another win. what did they win, oh we have a new 60fps mode, yippee lol. guess what the PS5 can do that sleeping, but you outta know by now, 60fps isn't this major selling point on console. the only reason they do it, is because people whine as usual about 30fps, when 30fps has been a thing for the last 18 years, ya it's been that long. so your saying 60fps was a thing, yeah, but it was before HD, understand that part. to get 60fps out of high definition games, you need quite a bit of CPU power, like you get in a laptop or desktop. CPU's in consoles have always been the weakest part, even the Cell. Yeah as expensive as that was for Sony to make, it's still primarily a powerPC core with one main single core, with a small pool of memory. well that memory is you all get for games, why they do it that way, it's the way they've always been. there primarily designed for games, a PC ain't just for games, but a console doesn't need all that. because there made to work right out of the box. so that makes PC better then, not necessarily, sure frame rate being higher on PC isn't anything new. i remember getting 60fps on a old 2003 desktop, but while that number might excite people now a days, for people who've been around PC back then, they'll tell you, you had to have that, because on PC alot of things can go wrong with a game. so if you can maintain a respectable frame rate, your gaming experience will be much better, you'll have less problems. low frame rate on a console is a none issue, because nothing can get in the way or interfere with the performance.

The Xbox is CPU bound, that is why the performance between performance 60 FPS and Fidelity “60” FPS is so similar in city areas, because it’s more demanding on the CPU and less on the GPU.

@@gabrielcunha2260I have a 240gb ssd buying another ssd is expensive I can't throw money everywhere hard drive works just fine I recently played ghost of Tsushima game opens like I have a sdd ( I know it's designed for ps4 but still) It doesn't justify to make unoptimized games I get it when we are playing the newest ratchet and Clank game because you are going to different portals simultaneously so it requires ssd but for Starfield it doesn't do anything revolutionary for the ssd it's just an excuse to not optimize the game
