The base value "tier" are: 1. calibrated, 2. refined, 3. advanced, 4. superior. They seem to be player level based. The higher your player level the more higher tier items you will find and or are able to buy at vendors.

In Starfield I really love that they have thought about us that love to just explore. Like me, I can be on a mision, then see something interesting, and suddenly spent hours doing something completely lese - than what i was supposed to do. the game really award that.

Howdy! Sheesh it's nice to have clarity on some of this stuff, thank you! I spend so much of my gaming time online researching, gah. If you expanded Starfield vids, a basic beginners guide, maybe? In your spare time 😂 Wish I would have known to be sure to save a cutter, that I would need some basic med stuff, like injectors, that the basement in the Lodge has all the machines to make/upgrade most things, how to best navigate skill system, who to have in my crew and why, etc. As always, good to see ya and thanks so much for the very clear and helpful info.

Ayyy great to see you playing Starfield :D hope you been having fun with it. I've basically been trying to figure out if it's worth sinking a buncha time into it to make some quality videos and I think it is just based on how much I've been playing lol. I've been working mostly on figuring out my outpost and storage setup so will probs try to do a couple guides on that kinda stuff and see where it goes. I think your idea for a beginners guide is great but I mighta missed the timing on that now that it's been out for a couple weeks lol, maybe I still could. Always appreciate your comments and thoughts, enjoy exploring the Starfield!

you can always just make a simple outpost on an unsettled planet with a single building and a storage box to store all your contraband that you can't immediately sell to the trade auth in the den station in the wolf system
