Love the look of this. I kind of got bored with Starfield due to the relative lack of outpost building options and reinstalled Fallout 4 since I realized I stopped playing that before any of the DLC even came out. It's practically like playing a new game to me. I've actually been watching some of your videos from back then, too 👍

Looks wonderful, I always liked your builds in F76. Just wish the outposts had more role and sense in Starfield, they sadly seem half-done :(

There are a few elements missing from the outpost system that _feel_ like oversights: 1. foundations?! 2. DOORS BETWEEN HABS 3. lights that go on the ceiling 4. fast travel targets 5. guard posts, where crew members can stand guard

Nice Station! There is no privacy in space stations and keeping a station sterilely clean is a must for health and safety reasons. Just my thoughts. :)

You can add lighting to the interior, with a couple of caveats: 1) you have to wire them to the power grid, which is pretty wonky to actually do. You have select the Wire option, then either run outside or switch camera views and hope you can land that attachment point snap 🙂 2) The industrial wall lights you get are really big and act more light spotlights than interior lighting. The other light I've used is the Flood Lamp - Handheld. Wiring this up will make it light up, but it has the same harsh spotlight qualities of the industrial wall lights. Maybe if you used a bunch, then the whole area could be evenly light? My guess is that it'd be really harsh lighting tho...

Have you tried any of the mods for the outposts or like the ship decorator mod? I bet you could get tons of content out of that alone... There are quit a few mods that add items as well that are unlocked from the main game assesets like begging machines, trees etc.. Even without the CK... It's pretty amazing stuff!! I know , I would be really interested !! Please at least think about it 🙏🏻 ;) There's a farm one with fencing 😂 I just hope i can grow onions some day 😂

Decorating with junk is gonna be a nightmare. FYI never put outpost beacon next to any habs if you have bots. Everytime you spawn ypu spawn where the beacon is along with bots and they sometimes spawn inside of habs.

You should try using Scientific corridor pieces to construct the bathroom. looks cleaner and more like a small addition.

Looks amazing :D Hope we get walls, floors and roofs in the future so we can build for real like in the Fallout games. You are such an amazing builder and would love to see what you can do, can you imagine if we got the Akila city set? Here is hoping! :D

Thanks for showing your build. I have no Outpost skills yet, so just doing a small research station. Built on a lush planet with rocks and it looked fine. But when I went back, there were rocks in the habs that had replaced my stations and trees in the doorway. I made it out, but my companion had to teleport. I remembered what you said in an early video about landing your ship to clear the area. Googling around, it seems the landscape textures are unstable and can get reset. So I deleted everything and moved to a flatter, desert like biome and was much more successful. At least so far. By the way, there is a great deal of bad advice out there about building Outposts. One suggested Freya III. Umm That planet IS a great place to improve your zoology skill because you will be killing a ton of vicious alien mole rats. So, not entirely a waste of time, but I wouldn't build there without the skills to max out defenses.

You can use the wall lights inside you just have to connect a wire directly to power source
