I turned Frontier into a cargo ship (mostly it’s backside). Well now that I am near completing my first play through I can easily turn it into a B class fighting machine (I already sold the Razorleaf). Thank you so much for showing me the trick.

happy to help. i get this problem for start me first game. now i know they dont think player will do this before game plus. starborn guardian have 5 crew space. i use only frontier and high tier Pirate ship (best in game without skills). now i ahve break for next content come to game. only 350h in game. Spacebourne 2 i have 850h and game is still in EA.

happy to help. My first character was targeted at command. So most of the points I got there. How much frustration cost me to find an answer like this skill works. 50 shot down or boarded and nothing. You can see the lack of fresh blood in this age -old and steered company. in a year of fixes and refining ??? Each beta tester after firing the game in a few days would find all mistakes or problems. But as you know, most of them will never be removed because people accept any. Games like BG 3 are unicorn among large publishers AAA. The whole money at the game are badly alocate to marketing 50-60% money and the quest "kill 10 or 10 zobs" is still in Bethesda game (like skill). This year, I spent more time playing games of small publishers as in big titles. Indi Power. Starfield 230h vs Spacebourne 830h (EA game).

things are not bugs. i thinks is way how to implemented in main story. (off curse not all player tuch main story from beginning) . this skill is like tutorial for ship building (need upgrade ship for improve skill). Generaly i dont like if im push to do anything. But i was suprise to enjoy this activity... and stop waste time for in game ship... me Frontier is the beast!! i go to planet 75 level (im on 56) and i see two Guardian ship and i shot down them for 675 exp eche (very hard game difficouty)

Protip turn on the close captions to watch this. Summary in American, yall gotta use the first ship you get in the game for the skill to progress.

no this is fame Bethesda poor mechanic system (consider developer dont like to learn from misstake) . Starfield was prepare for multiple run . Basicly you should dont have make this skill before finish full game. this skill was prepared for Guardian ship with dont have sense because cant upgrade him. for me the worse part expierience was finale battle chose to get special weapons and cant use them in new game plus. space fight is poor design rest part of game i like but i stop play after 230 h. compare with Spacebourne 830h.

Awesome. Thank you. I changed my ship to Frontier, which was modified but that did not matter. It just worked. Killed 100s of ships with other but it did not register. So it has to be Frontier. Its almost like playing god. Put us in the game but not tell what to do.

Perfect will use my Star Eagle will be easy levelling up command skill after ive upgraded the weapons, sheilds ect.. Not going to waste money upgrading the Frontier, have over million credits spare though.

i have Star Eagle but (never fly). i upgrade Frontier beacause you need spend loots of money for Starship Design. i have short brake to play Starfield after big disipointment new game +. i will make next video about skill with i will concentrate only for skill important for all player.

Yes this worked, so sad I had rebuilt this ship into a tiny escort lol. But I slapped on a few crew compartments and while it tripled the size of the ship it was able to accomplish the mission.

Not correct. It worked for me on a captured ship that I did not modify, but stopped working on other ships, now I am at six crew stage but no longer get kills with my six crew. It is bugged. I think it happens if you modify any ship in the ship builder.

This game and this skill was ready-made for new game +. Off curse I get and check what work for now. Like use see can use Frontier and other ship like star Eagle with game give you. If you will see Guardian ship with you can't modify had 5 member of crew like basic + Sarah(she is not count like other companion)

Ok now I tested this for two days. I find some strange things. Crew ( random NPC types you recruit in bars ) will leave your ship if you make a ship that has less crew slots than your current assigned crew. For example, if you have 6 crew then board and capture a 5 crew slot ship, one of your assigned crew will instantly vanish and unless you check, you will still think you have full 6 crew. So if anyone having problems, please check crew assigned list on your ship, make sure you actually do have the number of crew required to level this skill. @@FANVONROHEDS

At first I was as angry as you. but thanks to this I learned to better understand how to turn a pile of scrap into a super ship. and what's more surprising, I liked this maneuver (which surprised me because I don't like being forced to do anything). and the modification of the ship from the video was only the beginning. now it's a completely different unit. Maybe I'll write about what it taught me. although I hope it improves these shortcomings. I have 200 hours of gameplay and I'm slowly getting ready to finish the main quest. but that's when I finish all the side activities. I wish you nice playing. of course, if you still have any problems, write.

see i did the same thing but i pirated a ship of some ecliptic that landed near me early game and turned it into a c class super fighter, from scratch, then i do this perk near late game to get more crew and find i have to go back to a gifted ship i will barely use , i used the star eagle and modified it just a little to make it capable then farmed ships with quick missions then went back to my c class @@FANVONROHEDS i mainly built deimos and nova style ship so i dont mind to make more industrial cargo style like hopetech

is simply ... any ship with game give you can be use for this challange. Frontier (main ship with start game)- Star Eagle ( from Free Star Renger storyline) - Razorleaf (from best quest in game Mantis quest). and asign crew for ship (constellation or from any bar in town)
