So far the best looking outfit in Starfield. To get this gear, start the quest "The Audition" at Madame Savage's in Neon. Talk to Andrea. Took me two run-throughs. First time I didn't get it due to my choices, second time it was just given to me by the Boss. No spoilers. Make the right choice, or get lucky and get this gear now!
