I'll say it again Sarge should be hired as a story editor by Bethesda. Between his Starfield time-line fix and rewrite if Kellog from FO4, he can add depth or streamline the lore with some very small tweaks.

The shipbuilding is mostly great. The fact that some pieces can be rotated and flipped every way and some can't be flipped at all is frustrating. The best workaround was the drop glitch so you coul clip some pieces through others seems to have been patched out so that kills half your options.

Either they need to make the galaxy more streamlined or give us more actual exploration. How can you have a whole galaxy without a single nebula or black hole. Hell make a rare random encounter where a star system you arrive in has its sun go super nova, obviously not one with major story locations. Something to make if feel like anything can happen instead of the same handful of things over and over and over.

Great episode as always Caedo & Sarge With Starfield being the topic & instead of doing the same im on PlayStation joke, I’ll say this with the Indiana Jones game being announced that it’ll get a later PlayStation release…I have hope Starfield could possibly see the same at some point. Until then I’m currently jumping between Grim Fandango remastered, Spider-Man 2, Hogwarts Legacy & the demo for Epic Mickey Rebrushed. Hoping to add Hogwarts legacy & Grim Fandango on my fully completed list.

Yes they definitely need to go to the 3 star uniques, actually unique, and 2 star RNG items is the best loot system they could have.

Won't play Starfield until Shattered Space. Looking at the vehicle part of the podcast. . .going to reiterate something I said a while back, "Anyone who says Starfield needs a land vehicle never rode a horse in Oblivion/Skyrim." And remember gang - when you move your character in a full 3d game like what Bethesda does you aren't moving your character or driving/riding/piloting an alternate mode of transportation. You are moving the world/game map in the opposite direction you want to go which gives the illusion of movement.

It sounds like Sarge should avoid the DLC for Dark Souls 3. Sister Friede was one of the most difficult bosses in any game I've played. First phase isn't too bad, but with DS3 the bosses like to chunk your health so a few missteps will leave you with less healing for later. The second phase her dad shows up and joins in kicking your butt. Then the third phase she starts teleporting and becoming invisible and does massive damage. I still haven't played the last DLC. Maybe some day I'll build up the energy for it.
