I've been using that fast travel back to the ship to reset the weather as well. Sometimes it doesn't work then sleeping for an hour or so in your ship may get you a better result.

Normally once or twice will get me clear skies. Sometimes it's 4-5 times but resting an hour is a really good method as well. Though, I do get lost in my ship trying to find a bed.

@@Starfield_Eclipse Some planets are just nasty most of the time. 😁 I've noticed that if you have the environmental settings on normal you no longer get weather afflictions at all which is just the way I think it should be if you're wearing a space suit. Now I longer care that much if it's freezing thunderstorm or boiling whatever. I stick some extra beds in my ship so there's usually one bunk at least that isn't being used by crew and that is also close to the landing bay.

I am getting close to jumping through the unity again. I may do that with the fresh start, I planning turning on the survival options.

At 14:29, are the rings jumping a common occurrence? I've never seen that before.

It occurs with planet that have odd orbits. So if a planet is flipped on it's side it will happen. I guess BGS never figured out how they would behave and put in a reset.

@@Starfield_Eclipse interesting. A little sad they didn't find a workaround but at the same time these orbit simulations are really impressive on bethesda's part.
