Started the game, did one main quest. Sarah told me to go meet someone at UC, at which point this side quest has taken most of my time. Bethesda definitely knows how to let the player make their own story. Only other game this happened to me in was skyrim. Got sucked into the werewolf sidequest😂

Same when I just finished this side quest and I was what that’s the end of main story and than later found out it’s just a side quest 😂

Can you join a faction after completing the main story or do you have to pick a side to continue the game?

Afaik the only faction questline that's mandatory for the main questline (because they're strongly intertwined) is the Constellation one. All the other factions make more of an appearance but their questlines are separate from the main story.

Well, I find it pretty realistic that a new recruit wouldn't be promoted to commander of the military police of a country, expecially in this little time.

@@bluedragonstudios9004 you are adressed as "captain", have your own ship and crew and can give orders. You're already a middle ranking officer.

Captain isn’t really a rank. It’s more of a title given to someone who pilots a ship

What's the point of joining? I went to the front desk and the game doesn't even clearly direct you to where you need ti go because it states: Consent is required to join the UCV. Ughh! 😡 please direct me to where the hell I actually need to go!
