the awkward state of standing up this entire time was so funny to me. like. we all stood up to applaud just before this because we thought the show was over. and then you can’t sit down if the people in front of you are standing because then you wouldn’t be able to see anything so you’re just like ok i guess i’m standing up 😂 anyway that aside this was an AMAZING experience as a 14-year starkid fan who used to DREAM of this kind of thing and it felt utterly impossible ❤😊

Fun Fact: I don't think Jeff knew they were gonna do that. Barbara 2.0 has the Matinee Footage of that and in that footage Jeff full-on facepalms when he realizes what they're doing behind him. I'm thinking they told him to say "#3," but didn't tell him what they were going to do. Because he says the line as they go into "Happy Birthday," then once he realizes what they're actually doing, he doubles over in a full-on facepalm.

@@ForeverDegeneratein Meredith’s vlog they actually do plan out how/when they’re going to sing happy birthday! They kinda joke that they only rehearsed it once tho so either Jeff forgot or he knew and was still just flustered to have the whole audience singing happy bday to him, either way it’s an adorable moment !!
