I can't help but appreciate how weird Starkid makes their shows. As others have pointed out, many of these moments are downright bizzare even within the context of their entire shows (There are so many choices in HMB that are bonkers to me, for example) . And, as others have also said, Trail to Oregon is bananas. Jeff Blim's brain is like a good horror movie: The more you see, the more terrified you become, but you still want to see more.
