@@OrthodoxSage Look, she's way stronger than 90% of the supers we've seen so far (in terms of physical strength and combat too), so depending on the super she fights, she doesn't need the light beams. In the battle against Stormfront, she managed to throw a punch that made Stormfront fall to the ground, so "weak" she is not

Since her powers come from absorbing electricity, she should carry things that have electricity in case if she goes to a place that doesn't have electricity like a jungle or a rainforest. She's kind of useless when she's not in a City setting, which limits her to only having super strength and super durability(She was able to punch through brick walls without being injured) She can try bringing objects like smartphones, torchlights, watches, or things powered by batteries when fighting to be even more powerful.

She wouldn’t be useless. Think. All humans have a natural electrical current running through them. It’s what keeps our heart in rhythm. So in theory if she trained the more nuanced aspects of her powers she could use them Infinity because as long as there are people or animals around she has something to tap into.

It took her a lot of effort to lift that car and her punches weren't going through that garage wall when she was training, so I imagine the door was built sturdy enough to hold her strength but her energy blasts are probably stronger.

Starlight is stronger than you thought, and is easily one of the stronger supes in the universe After 4 seasons, I think we can all agree that Starlight is not very strong, but recently, a lot of people here have been massively underrestimating Starlight's power level due to how poorly she performs in almost every fight. Here are some facts people often ignore: * During her fight with the Deep, she cannot use her light blasts, which is her strongest ability. * Throughout the entire show, she never shed bleed. Not even once. Nobody has managed to make her bleed, not the Deep, not old Noir, not Stormfront. * In comparison, Starlight made Deep bleed with her punches (and Firecracker, too). * She only landed her blast attacks on two supes: Stormfront and Soldier Boy, both with Top-tier durability. With these facts, we can conclude that Starlight is a supe who: * Is bad at hand-to-hand combat, with lower physical strength. * Has high/above-average durability. At least much higher than the Deep. * Mostly rely on her light blasts to deal damage. So how strong is her light blasts? Both HL and Starlight fought Soldier Boy, and both of them managed to send him flying: Homelander with a semi-serious punch and a kick, Starlight with a full-power blast. I think it's safe to say that **a full-power blast from Starlight by the end of S3 is as powerful as HL's punch**, which is one of the strongest attacks in the Boys's universe. And Starlight only grew stronger after S3, with more control over her ability, and learnt to fly. Early S4 might be the current peak of Starlight's power. In a fair fight, she should be able to annihilate the Deep, and maybe even old Noir (considering he couldn't tank a hit from HL
