Song Story:
Our “Oh Darlin” live music video is out for your watching and singing along. Written for all the wildlings who never sleep.
Filmed live in a corner of Southern Appalachia, full of art, full of revelries , full of song.
This is our folk-ballad, leaning in on the traditions of Appalachian folk music, and the old bardic songs. A simple lyrical wandering, and a send off into the deep dreaming states.
We kept it simple, live, and analog on purpose. To give the music a chance to breathe as it is.

I have never heard a banjo named "surrender" playing with a violin playing pizzicato together in duet blended with your 5 polyphonic voices and lyrics answering each other before with finger snapping percussion added like a heartbeat all climaxing together and then ending softly so delicately fading in unison that take me into timeless infinity that we can all experience in returning to being a child once again peacefully asleep. Thank you for such a unique composition.
